✓ Have your Mac administrator password ready for us and your iOS passcode disabled. Feel free to change your password before or after bringing it in for service.

✓ Have your serial number and proof of purchase handy. This will allow us to check your warranty status and verify your repair coverage.

✓Turn off Find My IPhone!

1.On an iOS device: Go to Settings > iCloud, then tap to turn off Find My [device].

2.On a Mac: Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click iCloud, then deselect Find My Mac. Note: You can also remove your device by turning off iCloud completely on that device.

Simply Mac Tune Up

$99 We'll perform a physical cleaning, hardware diagnostic (including hard drive health), adware removal, review any applications opening at startup, perform software updates, and recommend any potential hardware upgrades to speed up your machine.
